James Fulwood: As a North Charleston police officer, I have witnessed both the strength of this community and the challenges it faces. I founded The Holy City Foundation to address the root causes of instability—educational inequities, health disparities, and economic struggles—by providing long-term solutions that empower individuals and families. Through community-driven initiatives, we are building a future where every child has access to quality education, every family has the resources to thrive, and every neighborhood feels safe and connected.
